aaronpk so I started adding more helpful error messages, which also meant I had to break apart a lot of the code in order to be able to return context better

aaronpk i think so. otherwise, every other implementation will start getting complaints of unhelpful errors

bnvk I believe traditionally you used to need the Quicktime plugin to load a .mov file in browser regardless of the codec

barnabywalters yeah, FF can *play* the video if you load *just* the video and approve quicktime
