fat ping

fat ping is a PuSH ping that contains a copy of the content that has been changed

Advantages

  • Render once, send to all subs
  • Hub can send the ping over a few seconds/minutes, to avoid hitting the main server with many requests for the changed content

Disadvantages

  • More complex to implement
  • For true security, needs signing of the content, see [1]
